At Hays Travel we are committed to enabling careers through apprenticeships and annually we recruit an apprentice in every branch nationally and in each department in Head Office in Sunderland.

Our award-winning apprenticeships offer you the opportunity to inspire knowledge and imagination through an ambitious programme of study while earning a salary, gaining valuable on-the-job experience and achieving a nationally-recognised certificate.

Our experienced Learning and Development Coaches are on hand to give you expert advice to embed knowledge and support you to achieve your aspirations for your future success. You will be given one-to-one support with award-winning training throughout your apprenticeship to develop your personal skills, resilience and exceptional customer service skills.

Many of our team leaders and managers started their career as an apprentices and there are many development opportunities at Hays Travel for you to progress in your career.

We also pride ourselves in having strong safeguarding and welfare support in place for our apprentices, it is a safe, fun and happy place to start your career however, it's not all about work.
